Getting started is as simple as scheduling an assessment to receive your training prescription. Consistency is key, so attending weekly is essential. However, athletes who train twice or more per week typically see faster results.

What is the youngest age you start providing sports performance training for children?
Ten years old.

What if I’m late for my session?
We are flexible! We can either reschedule or use the remaining time to still get some work done.
Does my child need additional training outside of the training they receive at school?
While many school trainers and coaches do great work, having an additional expert perspective on your athlete’s mechanics can help ensure continued improvement and injury prevention.

Cash, Check, Venmo, or credit card.
How much does it cost?
Prices vary based on programs and packages.
What is your cancelation Policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours from your training session. Anything less than 24 hours will be charged.

What should I expect from Fly Zone "Speed Clinics" with The Speed System?
Expect for your athletes to improve, even after one session. Our clinics are full of instruction for athletes and coaches, as well as fun, hardworking environment.
Do you do sport-specific training?
Yes. We do training based on how athletes move in specific sports, and what they will need to do in order to dominate their opponent.
What happens if it rains during clinic?
If we are rained out a day and time will be set for a make-up.

All over the world! There’s no place we can’t go to help an athlete reach their full potential.
