As a Coach at The Speed System, you will play a vital role in helping athletes achieve their performance goals. You will be responsible for creating customized training programs based on individual athlete needs, providing hands-on instruction and developing personalized performance plans for success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design and implement effective performance programs to help athletes achieve their goals.
- Maintain meticulous records and track data to cater to the unique needs of each individual and group.
- Lead training sessions, from warm-up to testing, with unwavering dedication and expertise.
- Foster open and effective communication with parents, athletes, and sport/team coaches.
